Director Melanie Lawlor has over 14 years hotel management experience and is a local island resident with extensive local knowledge and contacts to ensure premium service and maintenance is provided in relation to your holiday home.
Melanie will also look after customer contact and tenant liaison services.
Director Jody Marsden has over 20 years experience in owning a number of award winning Ray White offices managing over 1000 rental homes.
The combined directors backgrounds will bring a new level of expertise and professionalism in holiday rental management and sales to North Stradbroke Island. Jody will look after client services and sales.
Tenant screening and Terms and Conditions
We will ensure all tenants provide photo ID upon booking and a bond is paid to protect you against any unforseen incidents that may occur at the property.
We will also provide Body Corporate By Laws and guidelines in relation to permitted guests and occupants and noise expectations
